Outsourced IT department for growing companies
An outsourced IT department is a full technical team that takes over your company IT: user support, servers, networks, backups, security and vendor management. iDeo Networks delivers it with a single point of contact, nationwide coverage in Spain and contractual response times.
Key points
- One managed IT provider for everything, with one invoice and a named account lead.
- Remote and on-site support, with engineers on the ground when hardware is involved.
- Coverage across Spain, including the Canary and Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.
- 18 years in business, over 800 clients and EUR 7.9 million of managed IT assets.

Who it fits
It suits companies of 10 to 250 seats that depend on IT to operate but cannot justify an in-house department, and companies with one systems person who needs escalation, out-of-hours cover and specialists.
We also work with multinationals whose Spanish subsidiary needs a local team that can talk to headquarters and to existing vendors in English.
Problems it solves
The reasons companies call us are almost always the same:
- Outages that stop several people while nobody knows who to call.
- Backups that exist on paper but have never been restore-tested.
- No asset inventory, no refresh plan and no visibility of IT spend.
- Several vendors, each blaming the other when something breaks.
How we work
We start with an audit of your estate: devices, servers, network, backups and licensing. With that on the table we agree what is covered, with which response times and at which level of dedication.
From then on you get continuous monitoring, planned preventive maintenance, daily user support and a periodic report on incidents, risks and recommended improvements. We handle the carrier, the software vendor and the manufacturer on your behalf.
What sets us apart
The same team covers all five areas of the iDeo Stack: infrastructure and support, connectivity and networks, security, software development and AI automation. The core of the service is never subcontracted.
And we reach where many providers struggle: beyond mainland Spain we serve the Canary and Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.
Frequently asked questions
How is this different from a plain IT maintenance contract?
Maintenance covers running and supporting the infrastructure. An outsourced IT department adds the management layer: deciding what gets replaced, planning the budget, coordinating vendors and reporting to your board.
Can we keep our in-house technician?
Yes, that co-managed IT setup is the most common one in mid-sized companies. Your technician keeps the day to day; we add second line, out-of-hours cover, specialists and holiday cover.
Is support remote only?
Anything that can be fixed remotely is fixed straight away. When hardware has to be touched, replaced or cabled, we come to your site.
How long does the transition take?
Taking over an estate usually takes two to four weeks depending on its size: inventory, access, documentation and clearing the most urgent debt. Daily support starts on day one.
